Sending an Email Broadcast from PointWestRotary.com

1. From your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome) go to: http://www.princetonim.com/IMlogin.cfm

2. Login with your email address and password. (For 1st time users click here for log-in instructions)

3. At the top of the openning page click on "Main Menu."

4. Click on "Email Communications." See below.

5. Click on "Email Communcations." See below.

6. Your screen look the one below:

7. Click on the appropriate "To:" box and type in the topic of your email in the "Subject" box.. See below.

8. In the center box type your message. See below.

9. When done you can preview your email by clicking on the "preview" button. You can also view who the email will go to or just send the email by clicking on "send." See "Preview" below.

10. After you send the email ClubWizard will notify you of the sent message. See below.

Click on "Log Off" and exit Internet Explorer.

Sending an Email With An Attachment

Attachment Overview:
Sending an "attachment" in a ClubWizard email is actually a hyperlink that you upload to the ClubWizard website. After uploading the file you will create a link to that file in the text of your email. When a person receives your email they will click on the link in the email and their browser will retrieve the file. If the file is a pdf the browser will open it as a pdf document.

Here are the steps to send an attachment:

1. Start your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome).
2. Log-in to ClubWizard as an Administrator.
3. At the Main Menu click on "Email Communications." On the next menu click on "Email Communications" again.
4. In the email editing box type in your message.
5. Place your cursor where you want the document to appear in the editing box and "select" the text you want to serve as the link for your insert file. See below:

6. Now click on the icon at the top of the editing box that looks like a link. See below:

7. This icon will bring up a dialog box that looks like this:

8. Click on the icon on the right-hand side of "Link URL". Another dialog box will appear. See below:

9. Click on the "Browse" button and navigate to the file you want to insert, highlight it and click "Open."
After you have located it and it appears in the "Filename" box, click on "Upload." See below:

10. Now click on "Insert." See below.

11. You will return to the email editing page where your selected text will be underlined which indicates it is now linked to the file you inserted. See below:
